Although success rates with IVF have been increasing, it remains a fact that most cycles will not be successful. There are many factors that can explain why IVF doesn’t work.
In this series of four articles, we will explore why IVF fails by looking at the embryo, the endometrium, immunology, and the embryo transfer procedure. We will discuss how each of these factors can influence the outcome of the IVF process, and how they can be addressed to improve the chances of success.
By understanding the different variables that can affect the success of IVF, couples can be better prepared for the journey and have the best chance of achieving a successful outcome.
