Endometriosis has an ‘evil sister’ called adenomyosis that co-occurs in up to 50% of people with the condition

One-third of people with adenomyosis are asymptomatic but some symptoms may include cramps and blood in your urine. Endometriosis and adenomyosis are similar conditions in which abnormal tissue grows somewhere it shouldn’t.
