Recombinant human granulocyte- colony stimulating factor in women with unexplained recurrent pregnancy losses: a randomized clinical trial
Recurrent pregnancy losses (RPL) defined as the loss of three or more pregnancies, affects ~1-3% of couples attempting to have a child ( Ford and Schust, 2009). Investigations do not provide a cause for recurrent pregnancy losses in approximately half of those investigated, and such couples are said to have unexplained recurrent pregnancy losses ( Jeve and Davies, 2014).
